So I promise I won’t write you all the time, but we did put your sauce to the true test tonight. We had locally sourced pork ribs, cooked in the crockpot, finished off the last hour with your sauce, and then it came to the table for us to pour over. Amazing. It really harmonizes with the meat. We also had some baked garlic grits that we drizzled it on as well. Superb~! I may need some more soon.
